La Cattedrale di San Juan de Albacete (spagnolo: Catedral de San Juan de Albacete) è una chiesa cattolica romana situata ad Albacete, in Spagna. Fu dichiarata Bien de Interés Cultural nel 1982.
La chiesa di San Juan fu costruita nel 1515 al posto di un edificio mudéjar. A quel tempo, Albacete apparteneva alla Diocesi di Cartagena. Nel XVI secolo le precedenti volte gotiche furono demolite e sostituite con le attuali barocche. Nel 1936, durante la Guerra Civile spagnola, le sue campane furono fuse, solo per essere sostituite nel 1947 dalle attuali campane. Fu anche durante questo periodo post-bellico, nel 1949, quando la facciata principale fu completata e fu formata la Diocesi di Albacete, elevando la chiesa allo stato di cattedrale. Nel 1960 la facciata laterale fu completata in uno stile romanico revival.
