De Kathedraal van San Juan de Albacete (Spaans: Catedral de San Juan de Albacete) is een rooms-katholieke kerk gelegen in Albacete, Spanje. Het werd in 1982 uitgeroepen tot Bien de Interés Cultural.
De kerk van San Juan werd in 1515 gebouwd ter vervanging van een Mudéjar-gebouw. Op dat moment hoorde Albacete bij het bisdom Cartagena. In de 16e eeuw werden de eerdere gotische gewelven afgebroken en vervangen door de huidige barokke. In 1936, tijdens de Spaanse Burgeroorlog, werden de klokken omgesmolten, om in 1947 te worden vervangen door de huidige klokken. Het was ook tijdens deze periode na de oorlog, in 1949, dat de voornaamste façade werd voltooid en het bisdom Albacete werd opgericht, waardoor de kerk de status van kathedraal kreeg. In 1960 werd de zijgevel in een romaanse revivalstijl afgerond.
