La Catedral de San Juan de Albacete (español: Catedral de San Juan de Albacete) es una iglesia católica romana ubicada en Albacete, España. Fue declarada Bien de Interés Cultural en 1982.
La iglesia de San Juan fue construida en 1515 en el lugar de un edificio mudéjar. En ese momento, Albacete pertenecía a la Diócesis de Cartagena. En el siglo XVI, las anteriores bóvedas góticas fueron demolidas y reemplazadas por las actuales barrocas. En 1936, durante la Guerra Civil Española, sus campanas fueron fundidas solo para ser reemplazadas en 1947 por sus campanas actuales. También fue durante este período de posguerra, en 1949, cuando se finalizó la fachada principal y se formó la Diócesis de Albacete, elevando a la iglesia a la categoría de catedral. En 1960, se terminó la fachada lateral en un estilo románico revivido.
