Il Mega-Park è una miscela di birreria e discoteca all'aperto di grandi dimensioni e si trova sull'isola di Maiorca, sulla Platja de Palma, una spiaggia di sabbia di circa otto chilometri, situata a sud-est della capitale dell'isola, Palma. Il Mega-Park si trova all'altezza del Balneario 5, ovvero Ballermann 5, direttamente sul lungomare.
La location è stata inaugurata il 22 maggio 2000 dalla catena di discoteche maiorchina Grupo Cursach Ocio, che gestisce anche le discoteche Riu Palace, Soul Suite/Royal Suite, Paradies Beach, il Biergarten Don Quixote-Ballermann e il ristorante Asadito sulla Playa de Palma. All'inaugurazione hanno partecipato numerose stelle famose della scena musicale pop e schlager.
