Il tunnel di Bracons è un tunnel della strada C-37 situato nella Vall d'en Bas. Ha una lunghezza di 4.556 metri. La sua costruzione ha permesso di unire più rapidamente la Garrotxa e Osona; in precedenza si doveva passare per l'alto colle di Bracons. Ci passano circa 18.400 veicoli al giorno
I lavori sono iniziati nel 2003 nel tratto da Torelló alla bocca sud del tunnel di Bracons. Il DPTOP ha introdotto miglioramenti nel progetto che hanno comportato una nuova istruttoria per il tratto tra la bocca nord di questo tunnel e la C-63. Nel dicembre 2005 sono iniziati i lavori alla bocca nord e nel marzo 2007 quelli del tratto restante. Si prevedeva che tutto questo tratto, di 19 chilometri di lunghezza in totale, entrasse in servizio a fine 2008, ma alla fine è entrato in servizio nel mese di marzo 2009. Ha comportato un investimento globale di 250 MEUR.
