Plasencia è una stazione ferroviaria situata nella città spagnola di Plasencia nella provincia di Cáceres, comunità autonoma di Extremadura. Dispone di servizi di media distanza operati da Renfe. Secondo Adif, la stazione si trova al chilometrico 16,7 della linea ferroviaria 530 della rete ferroviaria spagnola tra Monfragüe e Plasencia. Storicamente, la stazione apparteneva a un tracciato di maggiore ampiezza tra Monfragüe e Astorga, ma la chiusura della quasi totalità della linea il 31 dicembre 1984 ha riconfigurato questo tratto come un piccolo ramo della linea 500 tra Madrid e Valencia di Alcántara. La nuova situazione ferroviaria generata nel 1984 ha costretto i treni in transito a invertire la loro marcia a Plasencia per continuare il loro percorso. Il tratto è a binario unico ed è privo di elettrificazione.
