La stazione di Poo è una fermata ferroviaria situata nel comune spagnolo di Llanes nel Principato delle Asturie. Fa parte della rete a scartamento ridotto operata da Renfe Operadora tramite la sua divisione commerciale Renfe Cercanías AM. Dispone di servizi regionali. La stazione si trova al chilometrico 428,1 della linea ferroviaria a scartamento metrico che unisce Oviedo a Santander, tra le stazioni di Celorio e di Llanes, a 18 metri di altitudine. Il tratto è a binario unico e non è elettrificato.
