L'antico Ospedale Militare della Marina di Cartagena, chiamato Real Hospital de Antiguones fino al 1801, è un antico ospedale della Marina Spagnola situato nel centro storico di Cartagena, che attualmente ospita la Scuola Tecnica Superiore di Ingegneria Industriale dell'Università Politecnica.
I lavori per la costruzione dell'ospedale iniziarono il 1 luglio 1749 sotto la direzione dell'ingegnere militare baguenense Sebastián Feringán e si protrassero fino al 1762. L'inaugurazione avvenne il 20 maggio di quell'anno, con il raguseo Mateo Vodopich come direttore a causa della morte di Feringán avvenuta pochi giorni prima. I 8.924.863 reali che costò l'edificio furono sostenuti dalla Corona.[1][2]
