L'ancien Hôpital Militaire de la Marine de Carthagène, appelé Hôpital Royal des Antiguones jusqu'en 1801, est un ancien hôpital de la Marine espagnole situé dans le vieux quartier de Carthagène, qui abrite actuellement l'École Technique Supérieure d'Ingénierie Industrielle de l'Université Polytechnique.
Les travaux de construction de l'hôpital ont commencé le 1er juillet 1749 sous la direction de l'ingénieur militaire baguenense Sebastián Feringán, et se sont prolongés jusqu'en 1762. L'inauguration a eu lieu le 20 mai de cette année-là, avec le ragusain Mateo Vodopich comme directeur en raison du décès de Feringán quelques jours auparavant. Les 8 924 863 reales que coûtait la construction ont été pris en charge par la Couronne.[1][2]
