Il teatro Trianón, progettato dall'architetto Javier Sanz nel 1946, è stato uno dei teatri di León. È stato avviato il procedimento di Bene di Interesse Culturale dal 24 novembre 1986 al 18 agosto 2016, infine archiviato.
Concepito fin dall'inizio come teatro e sala di proiezioni cinematografiche, nel 1989 è diventato una discoteca. Dopo la chiusura di quest'ultima, e dato l'aumento degli spazi di svago infantile al coperto, nel 1996 il Trianón è diventato l'"Indiana Bill" di León, che ha chiuso nel 2005. Da allora il Trianón è rimasto inutilizzato. Tuttavia, negli ultimi anni sono stati fatti passi importanti per la sua valorizzazione, in particolare la modifica apportata al Piano Generale di Pianificazione Urbana che ha ampliato gli usi ammessi nel lotto.
