Il distretto giudiziario di Tuy è uno dei 45 distretti giudiziari in cui è suddivisa la Comunità Autonoma della Galicia, essendo il distretto giudiziario n. 6 della provincia di Pontevedra.
Il capoluogo del partito e quindi la sede delle istituzioni giudiziarie è Tuy. La sede del partito si trova nella Plaza de la Inmaculada della città. Tuy ha due tribunali di primo grado e istruzione.
