La Casa Petra de la Riva è un palazzo cittadino che fu la residenza di Diego López de Morla y Virués , conte di Villacreces, che in seguito fondò la Caja de Ahorros de Jerez nel 1834.
La facciata neoclassica è affiancata da due coppie di colonne ioniche che sorreggono un artistico balcone principale. Due statue che rappresentano due soldati sono il principale motivo ornamentale.
Dietro il portale e il cancello in ferro battuto si accede a un patio ombreggiato e fresco, ricco di viti e, come molti palazzi di Jerez, ha solo colonne a destra.
Sebbene la costruzione risalga a un'epoca precedente, la facciata è un contributo dell'inizio del XX secolo.
