Die Casa Petra de la Riva ist ein Stadtpalast , der die Residenz von Diego López de Morla y Virués , Graf von Villacreces, war, der später 1834 die Caja de Ahorros de Jerez gründete.
Die neoklassizistische Fassade wird von zwei ionischen Säulenpaaren flankiert , die einen kunstvollen Hauptbalkon tragen. Zwei Statuen , die zwei Soldaten darstellen, sind das wichtigste Ziermotiv.
Hinter der Tür und dem schmiedeeisernen Tor befindet sich ein schattiger und kühler Innenhof voller Weinreben, der, wie viele Paläste in Jerez, nur Säulen auf der rechten Seite hat.
Obwohl der Bau aus einer früheren Epoche stammt, ist die Fassade ein Beitrag aus dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert.
