Il Palazzo del Parlamento della Bretagna, spesso semplicemente chiamato il Parlamento della Bretagna, è un edificio di architettura classica, costruito nel XVII secolo e fu la sede del parlamento della Bretagna fino alla sua chiusura da parte della Rivoluzione francese nel febbraio 1790. (a parte il suo 'esilio' a Vannes dal 1675 al 1689).
L'edificio divenne il Tribunale di Rennes nel 1804. Questo monumento è ora completamente restaurato dopo l'incendio del 5 febbraio 1994, che è stato causato dalle violente manifestazioni dei pescatori.
