Tulle è un comune francese del Sud-Ovest della Francia, prefettura del dipartimento della Corrèze, nella regione Nuova Aquitania. Soprannominata la città dei sette colli, Tulle ha costruito la sua fama sullo sviluppo della sua industria e del suo artigianato: è diventata una capitale del merletto , delle armi e della fisarmonica . Distesa su più di tre chilometri nella stretta e tortuosa valle della Corrèze, i vecchi quartieri di Tulle sono stati costruiti al fianco delle colline che dominano il fiume. Il centro storico della città si trova alla confluenza della Corrèze con la Solane dove fu edificata la cattedrale di Nostra Signora.
