Fresnay-sur-Sarthe è un comune francese con 2.889 abitanti nel dipartimento della Sarthe nella regione dei Paesi della Loira. Appartiene all'arrondissement di Mamers e al cantone di Sillé-le-Guillaume. È stata creata come nuova commune omonima con effetto dal 1° gennaio 2019 attraverso la fusione dei precedenti comuni di Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, Coulombiers e Saint-Germain-sur-Sarthe, che hanno lo status di Commune déléguée nel nuovo comune. La sede amministrativa si trova a Fresnay-sur-Sarthe.
