Fresnay-sur-Sarthe er en fransk kommune med 2.889 indbyggere i departementet Sarthe i regionen Pays de la Loire. Den tilhører arrondissementet Mamers og kantonen Sillé-le-Guillaume. Den blev dannet som en navngivet Commune nouvelle med virkning fra 1. januar 2019 gennem sammenlægningen af de tidligere kommuner Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, Coulombiers og Saint-Germain-sur-Sarthe, der i den nye kommune har status som Commune déléguée. Kommunens administrationscenter ligger i Fresnay-sur-Sarthe.
