Questo edificio rotondo risale al XIX secolo (1806-1819) e ha una cupola di ferro e vetro. I progetti furono redatti da Jacques Mercier. I lavori iniziarono nel 1806 e nel 1812 fu messo in uso dai commercianti di grano per scopi commerciali. C'erano 32 stalle e spazi. Nel XIX secolo l'edificio fu colpito da una violenta tempesta e da un incendio. Durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale, l'edificio svolse il ruolo di lazaretto. Nel 1992 iniziarono i lavori di restauro delle sale. Oggi l'edificio è destinato a mostre di vario genere.
