Île Longue è una penisola della rada di Brest nel dipartimento del Finistère nella regione della Bretagna. È la base dei SNLE, i sottomarini lanciamissili balistici, e come tale uno dei luoghi più segreti e fortemente difesi in Francia.
Île Longue è una penisola nel comune di Crozon, attaccato alla penisola di Crozon. La sua altezza è di 42 metri ed ha una superficie di 1,10 km2. A nord della penisola si trovano due piccoli isolotti, Île des Morts e Île Trébéron.
