La Maison Royale de Saint-Louis era un collegio scolastico per ragazze istituito nel 1684 a Saint-Cyr in Francia dal re Luigi XIV su richiesta della sua seconda moglie, Françoise d'Aubigné, Marchesa di Maintenon, che voleva una scuola per ragazze provenienti da famiglie nobili impoverite. L'istituzione perse il suo ruolo di primo piano alla morte di Luigi XIV e poi di Madame de Maintenon, ma segnò comunque un'evoluzione nell'educazione femminile sotto l'Ancien Régime. I suoi studenti illustri includevano la nipote della Maintenon, Marthe-Marguerite Le Valois de Villette de Mursay, marchesa di Caylus, e la sorella di Napoleone Elisa Bonaparte, granduchessa di Toscana.
