Il Castello Fadaise è un edificio civile della città di Nîmes, nel dipartimento del Gard e nella regione Linguadoca-Rossiglione. È stato inserito nel registro dei monumenti storici dal 1964.
Questo palazzo signorile fu costruito nel 1682 probabilmente dall'architetto Gabriel Dardailhon, per Pierre de Serres, signore di Saint-Côme. Il suo soprannome risale solo al XVIII secolo e non è spiegabile in modo certo.
