Questo museo storico ha riaperto le sue porte in occasione del 75° anniversario della Liberazione di Parigi, in Place Denfert-Rochereau. Jean Moulin viveva nelle vicinanze; il colonnello Rol-Tanguy, capo regionale dell'FFI, installò il suo posto di comando nel seminterrato e il generale Leclerc attraversò la piazza mentre entrava nella capitale il 25 agosto 1944. Suddiviso in diverse aree tematiche, il museo racconta la storia della Seconda Guerra Mondiale attraverso quella di personaggi di spicco.
