La sezione è lunga in totale 1800 metri. Si trova nella finale della gara ed è considerata una delle sezioni più impegnative con 4 stelle.
La sezione inizia nel sud-est del comune lungo la strada d'ingresso D93. L'inizio del settore segue la Rue de la Justice ed è anche conosciuto come "Pavé de la Justice". Questa strada segue un tratto del percorso dell'antica via romana da Tournai a St Gery. Dopo un chilometro si abbandona questa strada e si gira a destra, dirigendosi verso nord verso il centro di Camphin-en-Pévèle. La sezione in pavé termina poco prima del centro. A poco più di mezzo chilometro più avanti inizia il settore in pavé del Carrefour de l'Arbre.
