Le Gavachon, un tempo tenuta viticola di un centinaio di ettari, un'antica "borde" citata negli archivi dipartimentali nel 1666, più volte modificata e divenuta una grande dimora, è stata interamente ristrutturata e ammodernata, pur conservando il carattere architettonico tipico della Guascogna.
La proprietà è circondata da 15 ettari di parco.
La casa ha una capacità di dodici persone e offre cinque camere da letto, ognuna con bagno privato.
Le camere sono moderne e confortevoli, e combinano legno a graticcio, terracotta e pietra antica.
Gli annessi sono stati trasformati in una gite completamente attrezzata che può ospitare cinque persone, oltre a una suite familiare (il cottage) con due camere da letto e un soggiorno per una famiglia di quattro persone
Gli annessi ospitano ancora il torchio e il magazzino del vino, anche se le viti sono state estirpate in seguito alle malattie subite negli anni Cinquanta.
La tenuta offre anche altri servizi come il trasporto con autista per alcuni spostamenti (in base alla disponibilità), la vendita da asporto con la vendita di alcuni prodotti (vini, spumanti, birre, ecc.).
Durante il soggiorno presso la struttura, sono disponibili una piscina coperta, sentieri per passeggiate, campi da gioco con badminton, ping pong, tennis..
Il luogo è favorevole alla calma, al riposo e al relax (sauna disponibile e massaggi a domicilio su prenotazione).
La tenuta può ospitare ricevimenti, matrimoni e compleanni.
