Le Torri Guillaume, conosciute anche come Porta Jeanne d'Arc o Porta del Haut, sono una porta cittadina situata nella città di Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, che appartiene al dipartimento francese della Somme.
La porta cittadina è composta da due pesanti torri rotonde, tra le quali si trova un ingresso. Le torri risalgono all'XI secolo e già esistevano quando Guglielmo il Conquistatore approdò con la sua flotta nel 1066 in questo luogo, prima di navigare verso l'Inghilterra. Nel 1430, Jeanne d'Arc, già catturata dagli inglesi, passò attraverso questa porta. L'attuale ingresso fu costruito solo nel 1785.
