Flavigny-le-Petit è una ex comune nel dipartimento dell'Aisne nella regione dell'Alta Francia nel nord della Francia.
La comune di Flavigny-le-Petit è stata creata durante la Rivoluzione Francese. Il 1 gennaio 1966, è stata abolita a seguito di un decreto prefettizio del 1 ottobre 1965. Il suo territorio è quindi annesso alla comune vicina di Guise dallo stesso decreto.
