La Tomba del soldato ignoto è un monumento a Parigi dove è stato sepolto il corpo di un soldato ignoto.
Alla fine della Prima Guerra Mondiale, il giorno dell'Armistizio fu firmata la capitolazione tedesca. Da allora, questo giorno viene commemorato ogni anno. Nel 1919 nacque il piano di seppellire un soldato non identificato nel Pantheon in memoria dei caduti. In seguito, si decise di seppellirlo presso l'Arc de Triomphe. Il 10 novembre 1920, una cassa fu aggiunta alla cappella al primo piano dell'Arc. Il 28 gennaio 1921, il soldato fu infine sepolto nel luogo attuale. L'iscrizione sulla lapide recita: ICI REPOSE UN SOLDAT FRANÇAIS MORT POUR LA PATRIE 1914–1918 .
