L'Intercomunale delle Colline Fiamminghe è una struttura intercomunale francese, istituita il 1 gennaio 2014, situata nel dipartimento del Nord nella regione Hauts-de-France, nell'arrondissement di Dunkerque. Un'intercomunale è un'associazione di comuni francesi che ha lo status di persona giuridica indipendente. La Francia ha comuni relativamente piccoli e attraverso un'associazione di questo tipo con i comuni circostanti è possibile gestire determinate questioni in modo più efficiente ed economico. Come tale, un'intercomunale è quindi particolarmente interessante per i comuni rurali poco popolati. Tuttavia, non è un livello di governo ufficiale tra il comune e il dipartimento.
L'intercomunale di Binnen-Fiandre comprende 40 comuni partecipanti ed è nata il 1 gennaio 2014 dalla fusione di 4 vecchie intercomunali:
