Le ville sono completamente arredate e sono composte da un soggiorno con camino, una cucina completamente attrezzata, due o tre camere da letto, bagno e servizi igienici separati, balcone e/o terrazza e barbecue.
Molte attività sono disponibili in loco: piscina all'aperto, campi da tennis, squash e pallavolo, parco giochi per bambini, noleggio biciclette, percorso fitness e sala fitness.
