Il Musée du Foie Gras si trova a Souleilles, nel vecchio fienile di una tipica fattoria sulle rive del Quercy, nel Lot-et-Garonne. Unico in Francia, ripercorre la storia del Foie Gras dagli Egizi ai Romani, e la nascita di questo piatto eccezionale che è diventato nei secoli una delle più belle espressioni della gastronomia. Ampliato nel 2011, il museo è stato arricchito con filmati d'epoca, un terminale interattivo per i bambini e una serie di giochi di scoperta.
In estate vengono proposti numerosi eventi:
- martedì e mercoledì: "Scopri i segreti del Foie Gras": visita, degustazione e dimostrazione di cucina,
- venerdì mattina: mercati contadini presso la fattoria, con 20 produttori che offrono degustazioni di prodotti locali.
