La più grande duna d'Europa, con un'altezza di 109 metri, una lunghezza di 2,7 chilometri e una larghezza di 500 metri, la Dune du Pilat, fiore all'occhiello del patrimonio di Testes, merita pienamente il titolo di sito classificato, detenuto dal 1978.
Con quasi 1,5 milioni di visitatori all'anno, questo grande sito nazionale, accessibile tutto l'anno, è il più visitato dell'Aquitania.
Area di accoglienza con parcheggio, ristorante e negozi. Scale in loco da aprile a inizio novembre.
