The largest dune in Europe, 109 metres high, 2.7 kilometres long and 500 metres wide, the Dune du Pilat, a jewel of the Testin heritage, amply deserves the title of classified site, held since 1978.
With nearly 1.5 million visitors a year, this great national site, accessible all year round, is the most visited in Aquitaine.
Reception area with car park, restaurants and shops. Stairs on site from April to early November.
Accompanied visits on the Dune du Pilat (booking required).
