L'Ourlet de Béthisy-Saint-Martin, noto anche come Sablonnière, è una prateria calcarea che, nonostante le sue piccole dimensioni (0,41 ettari), ospita un patrimonio eccezionale. Quest'area naturale è ricca di flora e fauna.
La posizione elevata dell'Ourlet offre inoltre ai visitatori del sito una magnifica vista panoramica su parte della Valle dell'Automne.
