L'Ourlet de Béthisy-Saint-Martin, aussi appelé la Sablonnière, est une pelouse calcicole qui, malgré sa surface restreinte (0,41 ha), abrite un patrimoine exceptionnel. Cet espace naturel est riche d’un point de vue faunistique et floristique.
La situation en hauteur de l'Ourlet offre également un magnifique panorama sur une partie de la Vallée de l'Automne à tout visiteur du site.
