Nel cuore delle Landes, il Moulin de Poyaller vi invita a scoprire un parco animali perfettamente integrato in un ambiente eccezionale occupato da un bosco di querce ultracentenarie e dal fiume. Passeggiando lungo i sentieri fioriti, scoprirete una miriade di affascinanti animali in libertà: alpaca, asini e capre in miniatura, wallaby di Bennett, mucche delle Highlands e cervi bianchi.
Il mulino ad acqua è un vero e proprio teatro del mulino, gestito da Martine, la mugnaia, che vi svelerà i segreti dei meccanismi del mulino, raccontandovi tante storie e aneddoti sulla vita del mulino. Imparerete anche a fare la farina.
A seconda della stagione, vengono proposti molti eventi a tema (nascite, cacce al tesoro, ecc.).
Sul fiume, è possibile fare una gita in barca da 2 a 5 persone.
