Creato nel 1998 da Jean-Louis Lapeyre, è molto più di un museo: è un tesoro! È un vero e proprio ricordo del nostro patrimonio guascone e dei mestieri di un tempo utilizzati dalla popolazione locale che si guadagnava da vivere con l'allevamento delle ostriche e la raccolta della resina dei pini: gli ostricoltori e i fabbricanti di gemme. Alain, custode di questi ricordi, vi accoglierà nel vecchio porto di Taussat-les-Bains e vi racconterà tutto. "Escouarte", "barcuts", "vareuse", "benaise" e "mastouns" sono parole che non avranno segreti per voi!
