Le Livre et La Lettre" è un museo privato fondato da Jean-Denis Touzot nel 2011. Le collezioni del museo sono costituite dagli oggetti più belli che questo appassionato libraio è riuscito a raccogliere nel corso della sua carriera. La storia del libro è presentata in due parti. Al piano terra si trova una collezione di rilegature che ripercorre la storia del libro nel corso dei secoli. Vi sono incunaboli nelle loro rilegature originali (XV secolo), oltre a rilegature rappresentative del XVI, XVII, XVIII, XIX e XX secolo. Una parte del primo piano è dedicata alla scrittura e alla tipografia.
