Le Livre et La Lettre" is een privémuseum dat in 2011 werd opgericht door Jean-Denis Touzot. De collecties van het museum bestaan uit de mooiste stukken die deze gepassioneerde boekhandelaar in de loop van zijn carrière heeft weten te verzamelen. De geschiedenis van het boek wordt in twee delen gepresenteerd. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een collectie boekbanden die de geschiedenis van het boek door de eeuwen heen weergeven. Er zijn incunabelen in hun originele banden (15e eeuw), evenals representatieve banden uit de 16e, 17e, 18e, 19e en 20e eeuw. Een deel van de eerste verdieping is gewijd aan schrift en typografie.
