Das Museum "Le Livre et La Lettre" ist ein Privatmuseum, das 2011 von Jean-Denis Touzot gegründet wurde. Die Sammlungen des Museums bestehen aus den schönsten Stücken, die der passionierte Buchhändler im Laufe seiner Karriere zusammengetragen hat. Die Geschichte des Buches wird hier in zwei Teilen dargestellt. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Sammlung von Einbänden ausgestellt, die die Geschichte des Buches im Laufe der Jahrhunderte nachzeichnet. Man findet hier Inkunabeln in ihren damaligen Einbänden (15. Jahrhundert) sowie repräsentative Einbände aus dem 16., 17., 18., 19. und 20. Das Obergeschoss ist teilweise der Schrift und der Typografie gewidmet.
