Situata all'angolo di Place de la Victoire, la cappella ospita una statua in legno dorato del XVII secolo: la Vergine Maria tiene in braccio il bambino e nella mano destra un bastone, probabilmente i resti di una canna fiorita. La scultura è cara ai cuori dei maremmani che ne celebrano solennemente la festa l'8 settembre di ogni anno.
