Il Mont Habend, noto anche come Saint-Mont, è un luogo sacro situato a 672 m di altitudine nel comune di Saint-Amé, a sud del massiccio del Fossard. Il sito offre una vista eccezionale sulle valli della Mosella e della Moselotte ed è stato occupato fin dall'antichità.
Nel 620, Amé, un monaco predicatore, e Romarico, un nobile dell'Austrasia, fondarono qui un doppio monastero, seguendo l'austera regola di Saint-Colomban. Il monastero femminile fu trasferito nell'819, ma il sito rimase un luogo di pellegrinaggio per diversi secoli.
Recenti scavi hanno portato alla luce una necropoli funeraria risalente al primo millennio e tracce di vari edifici medievali. Il sito, ora classificato come monumento, nasconde molti segreti, tra cui il più grande gruppo di Formae (tombe funerarie di monache) mai scoperto.
Saint-Mont è raggiungibile solo a piedi, passando per la cappella di Vieux Saint-Amé o per Saint-Étienne-Lès-Remiremont
