Les Bourdaines è un luogo un po' nascosto, riservato agli intenditori. È una spiaggia vasta, meno frequentata delle vicine Le Penon e Les Estagnots. Sul posto sono presenti scuole di surf, un bar-ristorante, un pronto soccorso e servizi igienici.
Questa spiaggia ha ottenuto il marchio Turismo di Qualità.

Giorni e orari di sorveglianza:
- Da sabato 14 giugno a venerdì 4 luglio: dalle 12.30 alle 18.30
- Da sabato 5 luglio a domenica 31 agosto*: dalle 11.00 alle 19.00
- Da lunedì 1 settembre a domenica 14 settembre: dalle 12.30 alle 18.30.
*Un'estensione della zona di sorveglianza può essere realizzata sulla spiaggia di Belambra Les Estagnots, su iniziativa del responsabile della stazione, tutti i giorni tra le 11.00 e le 19.00.
