Situata lungo il canale di Borgogna, questa ex fabbrica di tegole possiede il suo PATRIMONIO INDUSTRIALE: due ciminiere (una alta 30 m), ferrovia a carri, filone di argilla nelle vicinanze, forni, macchine e utensili dell'epoca, collezione di tegole e mattoni stampati. Durante le visite guidate, dimostrazione della produzione di piastrelle piane e pavimenti in stile antico. Possibilità di visite gratuite. Novità: il forno SIMON-HOFFMANN (2 gallerie, 20 m).
