Gallerie sotterranee scavate nella roccia che sostengono la città durante l'estrazione della pietra nel XVIII e XIX secolo. All'inizio del XX secolo, gli ingressi di queste cave sono stati trasformati in un luogo di piacere chiamato "Guinguette des Grottes" ed è stata aggiunta una spianata in stile neo-medievale. Salvo eventi eccezionali, il sito è chiuso al pubblico per motivi di sicurezza.
