Fa parte del patrimonio intimo del Médoc: l'isola di Margaux si estende nelle acque dell'estuario dall'inizio del XVIII secolo. Situato tra l'isola verde e la costa, si staglia nelle acque scintillanti. Soggetto alle correnti che ne stravolgono costantemente i contorni e ne modificano la topografia, deve la sua posizione attuale solo a una preziosa strategia di salvaguardia. I vigneti sono circondati da una passerella, progettata dal proprietario Gérard Favarel: 365 alberi da frutto che rinforzano l'argine nel modo più naturale possibile. Nella tenuta vinicola, cinque eccezionali varietà di uva beneficiano di un terroir unico. Potrete approfittare della visita guidata dell'isola per degustarli: vigne, cantine e tini non avranno più segreti? O meglio, i vini isolani prodotti qui avranno un sapore ancora più intenso!
