Il Domaine d'Issarbe è una montagna facilmente raggiungibile. A 1.450 m di altitudine, invita a passeggiare e a godere di un panorama a 360°. Due percorsi segnalati, a piedi e in mountain bike, vi portano nel cuore della natura, attraverso la foresta o sulle creste, con il Pic d'Anie e le gole della Kakouetta come sfondo. Nel cuore di questo paesaggio selvaggio, la pastorizia dà ancora il ritmo alle stagioni.
Il ristorante Le Grand Tetras, con vista panoramica, propone un menu del giorno, un menu fisso e un menu à la carte: garbure, pavé de b?uf béarnais, trota di Jurançon, oltre a taglieri di salumi e formaggi di fattoria.
Il rifugio dispone di un dormitorio per 10 persone e di una camera familiare per 5 persone, adatta a persone con mobilità ridotta. Issarbe è anche autorizzato dalla Fédération Française de Vol Libre per il parapendio. Pagamenti accettati al ristorante: solo contanti e assegni.
