L'Hôtel-Dieu di Puy-en-Velay è un monumento situato nella città di Puy-en-Velay nel dipartimento dell'Alta Loira.
Il portico comprende due porte a destra, una porta sul fondo che dà sugli edifici dell'Hôtel-Dieu e la volta in pietra situata sopra sono classificati come monumenti storici con decreto del 22 settembre 1914. L'Hôtel-Dieu, compresa la cappella con la sua decorazione in legno, la cupola sopra il vestibolo che si apre sul portico Grasmanent, la sala Eyraud-Renier e la sua decorazione dipinta, l'ancienne cappella di San Spirito e la sacristia, la grande sala dei malati, la farmacia e le sue decorazioni in legno, la sala del Consiglio e le sue decorazioni in legno e l'ancienne sala capitolare sono iscritti come monumenti storici con decreto del 4 marzo 1991.
