Tra la Gironda e il Périgord, è a Duras che Marcel e Jeanne si sono innamorati del villaggio circa quarant'anni fa. Da allora la famiglia Blanchet è cresciuta. Jean-François, "Maître Restaurateur" e suo figlio Vincent, lavorano solo con prodotti freschi provenienti dai migliori produttori locali. L'arte di essere un "Maître Restaurateur".
In estate è possibile pranzare o cenare sulla terrazza. In inverno, il fuoco a legna del grande camino animerà il ristorante.
