Si tratta di un appartamento con una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un divano letto che può ospitare 1 bambino, una cucina attrezzata, un bagno con servizi igienici. Sul lato del cortile, si trova al primo piano della casa colonica principale, ma è accessibile sullo stesso livello dal retro della casa colonica. Questo accesso permette di godere di uno spazio verde per i pasti all'aperto.
Costruito sulla riva dell'antico canale laterale della Loira, è un punto di partenza per "La Loire à vélo", che si trova sull'altra riva del canale.
