La brasserie Sporting d'Este ha aperto le sue porte a Billère.
Con la sua accogliente sala da pranzo che si affaccia sul campo di gioco della squadra professionistica di pallamano, la sua terrazza con vista sui Pirenei e il suo ampio parcheggio, la brasserie ha tutto ciò che serve per godersi l'essenziale: quello che c'è nel piatto e nel bicchiere. Il menu punta decisamente su prodotti freschi e locali e tutto è fatto in casa dallo chef Candaudap, a prezzi molto ragionevoli. Per quanto riguarda i vini, c'è un'ampia scelta per accompagnare ogni piatto. Infine, ma non meno importante, approfittate del camino aperto e della griglia.
